Pesach
Well this week is Pesach [Passover for all you Gentiles ;) ]Last night we shared in the Pesach meal with a family from the Kibbutz here. It was all in Hebrew, but a fun family event and lovely food.
Today is a public holiday and so is next Monday, so for 2 weeks in a row we get 2 days off in 1 week! Luxury.
In the dining room everything is strict Kosher for Pesach and I spent yesterday (half day) cleaning to get rid of any 'yeast' in the 'house.'
So there is no bread to eat, only Matza (similar to saladas with no salt). It's very nice smovered in Nuttella.
